MY POLICIES:

Entire wedding party: 

For hair services hair must be clean and completely dry. Even if its damp, having it be completely dry is essential for any heat styling/updos. If hair is not dry before service start time, I will have to charge an additional blow dry fee. For makeup services please come with nothing on your skin, a freshly cleansed canvas is perfect!

Max amount of services: 5-7 depending on timeline. Caity can only perform a dedicated amount of services depending on timing. A timeline will be created for the booked services, provided by Caity Wilkinson.

Multiple stylists may be needed for large parties and time restraints. If an additional stylist or artist is needed, Caity may offer recommendations for other artists to add on to your team but Caity is not responsible for additional stylists booked separately. I will of course recommend people I trust and have worked with in the industry but pricing and contracts may vary as I am only one individual with an assistant. For bigger parties I do work with other independent stylists and artists and this information will  be clearly stated if applicable in our emails and contact. 

Services must be paid in full 2 weeks before the date of the wedding via Honeybook. Once payment is received it is NON REFUNDABLE. 

Brides, or booking parties, are responsible for payment to Caity Wilkinson for all services to be provided for the wedding day and for the wedding party. Wedding party members can pay the bride, or booking parties, if all are paying separately. 

Any other fees associated are the brides, or booking parties responsibility (ex. valet, parking, tolls, lodging, travel time, if needed etc) and may be required depending on location and time. This information is clearly stated in your invoice.

LOCAL TRAVEL FEE- 

There is a $45 travel fee to hold your date covering the listed travel distance, to and from, your venues location below. This separate fee is in addition to the service pricing, not a deposit towards services. The travel fee is non-refundable and non transferable, this is to be paid along with the deposit when the invoice is sent and contracted services are agreed upon. This fee covers holding your date, mileage to and from on site location within the Canton, OH area only, as well as set up/clean up on the wedding date.  

For any travel beyond a 40 mile radius of the Canton, OH area extra travel fees may be applicable, this will be stated in your invoice.

For booking your wedding a 50% deposit of the total service cost is required to officially secure your wedding date, with the remaining balance due 2 weeks before the wedding which is outlined on your invoice. The $45 travel fee is grouped with the services so your deposit is 50% of the services and travel fee combined.

MINIMUM TOTAL FOR ON LOCATION TRAVEL-

(All service totals will need to meet this minimum to receive on site services and travel, if you are booking to come to me at my salon suite (max 3 ppl) this minimum does not apply.) 

To ensure each bride receives my full attention and care, I schedule only one wedding per day and a limited number of weddings per year. Because of this, there is a Bridal Booking Minimum of 4 Services  required to reserve your wedding date. 

This minimum can be met by a combination of bridal hair, makeup, and additional services for the bride or bridal party, but does not include the travel fee, only services. 

If you are the Bride or the only one receiving services, you're absolutely welcome to book for bridal hair and/or makeup only! In that case, the booking minimum still applies, and your investment will reflect that-for example, bridal hair ($100) + makeup ($115) totals $215, so the remaining balance of the 2 services ($170, 2 of my least expensive services) would still be required to meet the booking minimum so you would be paying $385 total, not including travel. 

This information is very helpful for those with smaller parties or for brides looking to book for just themselves!
